Suture Suspension
 An aging neck line is the obvious 1st sign of growing older. Dr. Giampapa has developed this procedure, and he has been following the original recipients of the procedure for over ten years. The results have been extraordinary. The technique involves a small incision underneath the chin, through which the skin is undermined and excess fat in the triangle below the chin and jaw line is suctioned with a very thin liposuction cannula. Then, through small incisions inconspicuously placed in the creases behind each ear, a permanent nylon suture is drawn underneath the chin and platysma muscle situated on either side of the neck and an artificial ligament is created. Once the suture is anchored in place, this muscle is tightened and held in amore youthful position. Additionally, because the technique is performed below the jaw line, the odds of damaging facial nerves, always a risk with a face lift, are much lower.

Facelift
The face you see in the mirror every morning is a vital part of your identity. It's the first impression you make on strangers. Facelift range in size from "mini" to "standard" depending on location and extent of skin laxity. Facelifts can be done alone, or frequently performed in conjunction with another procedure such as a forehead lift, eyelid surgery, or nose reshaping, and most common with suture suspension neck rejuvenation.
Browlift
 This procedure will provide you with a more youthful and rested appearance to the forehead and upper eyelids. The forehead and brows are elevated through upper eyelid incisions. The skin is lifted and repositioned. The muscles that cause frown lines are weakened.
Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Your eyes are the most noticed feature of your face. It's where "the lovelight shines." Where "humor twinkles." And where "anger flashes". Your eyes make an instant statement about your personality, your age, and the condition of your health.
Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is designed to remove excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelids. The procedure can correct drooping upper lids that tend to sag with time and the puffy bags below the eyes. The procedure usually takes about 45 minutes and is performed using IV sedation. Stitches can be removed after six days.
Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty)
 The nose is the most prominent feature of the human face. For many people, it is simply a part of their good looks and rarely merits a second thought. For countless others, the nose is an almost constant sign of embarrassment.
This procedure is done on an outpatient basis under IV sedation. Incisions are made inside the nostrils. The nasal bones, cartilage and soft tissues are reshaped to improve the external contour. Large nostrils may be reduced through tiny incisions at the outer base of the nostrils with either type of rhinoplasty.
Fat Grafting
This procedure is performed to minimize facial and other skin wrinkles and depressions. This treatment is usually better for small depressions. Lipo transfer and restructuring the mid face for age related deformities is accomplished frequently in conjunction with neck re-contouring and restoration utilizing the "suture plication of the neck" procedure.
Lip Augmentation
 Full and vivacious lips have always been recognized as aesthetically important features. Some of us however, are born with thin, ill-defined lips, but the appearance of our lips is now within our control.
During this procedure, either the patients own fat or alloderm, a human donor skin, is utilized. This routine procedure is performed under local anesthesia in only 45 minutes.
Laser Skin Resurfacing
Skin is a constant process of regeneration itself. Very often we can alter that regeneration and produce skin that is tighter, less wrinkled, and more youthful in its appearance. Also known as "laser peel," laser skin resurfacing usually takes less than 1½ hours (sometimes just a few minutes) depending on the size of the area being treated. The procedure uses a carbon dioxide (CO2) laser beam which vaporizes the upper layers of damaged skin at controlled levels of penetration. The procedure removes areas of damaged or wrinkled skin often caused by prolonged sun exposure. Laser resurfacing can minimize the appearance of fine lines around the mouth and the eyes and is also effective in treating facial scars and skin areas with uneven pigmentation.
